David Versel, founder and Principal of devonomics, has 10 years of experience as an urban planning professional. David has completed more than 100 planning consulting assignments in more than 20 U.S. states. He is a contributing author of the Urban Land Institute’s Mixed-Use Development Handbook and frequently writes about planning issues in Maine and New England.

David lives with his wife and son in an old neighborhood in Saco, Maine, frequently walks to work and (almost) never works weekends.
